Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your tees. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely happy with your Tedraus experience.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please keep any included accessories (such as stickers or cards) inside the package when returning your item.
Exclusions
Gift cards, final sale items, and products that are heavily worn, washed, or damaged (not caused by shipping or production issues) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange per cycle for the same design. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered if the issue is due to defects or an error on our part. In other cases (such as incorrect size selection), the customer covers the return postage.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of your request. We’ll provide a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or order before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming shipment. Once an order has entered production or shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may still qualify for a return under the terms above.
