When am I billed?

You’re charged on the day you subscribe, then every 1, 3, or 6 months depending on your selected term. We email a reminder before each renewal.

When will my first shipment arrive?

Orders ship within 3–7 business days after your billing date. Transit times depend on your location and are shown at checkout.

Can I change size, address, or tier?

Yes. Make changes in your dashboard before the cut‑off (usually 48 hours before renewal). Changes after the cut‑off apply to the next cycle.

How do I pause or skip a cycle?

Go to your account > Subscriptions and choose Pause or Skip next cycle. No penalties or hidden fees.

Can I switch terms (1/3/6 months)?

Yes. You can switch term length at renewal. Your price updates automatically based on the term you choose.

What if the tee doesn’t fit?

We offer one free size exchange per cycle for unworn, unwashed tees. See the Refund & Return policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. Duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.

How do I care for my tee?

Turn inside‑out, machine wash cold with similar colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.

Will designs repeat?

We avoid repeats for at least 18 months. Special editions may return in new colorways or fabrics, clearly labeled as such.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel any time in your dashboard. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next shipment.
